Hello, and welcome to Writefully + Creative. I hope you enjoy your time here. I wanted to take this time to tell you a little bit about myself, my writing, and what I hope to gain from creating this platform.

To begin, I am a 21 year old living in Canada. I spend a lot of my spare time writing and playing video games, and the rest of the time I’m working. I currently hold a Journalism diploma, and overall am just trying to work through life. I am also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and often times my writing will include this part of me in some way.

My writing is heavily influenced by my personal experiences as I move through this funny thing called life. Often times I will spend hours sitting in a cramped chair and typing or scribbling until my fingers hurt and I can’t seem to do much more. I try and write about a diverse amount of topics, and try to create pieces that can be enjoyed by everyone. I deeply appreciate feedback from different perspectives and always will take in comments from readers.

I will be the first to say my writing is far from perfect, however many people have liked it in the past so I wanted to make my own place where I feel comfortable putting it and where I have control over it.

My writing mostly consists of short stories and poems, however I am in the process of writing a much longer story which should span chapter upon chapter and delve into worlds of my own creation. Updates for this piece will be coming sometime in the new year, as I want a good head start before I begin publishing here and eventually fall behind again.

My biggest reason for creating this whole thing is for you, my lovely reader. Whomever you are, I hope you give me a small amount of your time and read one or two of my pieces. My greatest wish is to share my stories with the world and this seems to be the easiest way to do it.
